Finally Gmail have changed inbox view with more better options and categories. Gmail is widely used E-mail service.Of course,it is the product of Google and that's the thing i like about it,and so i love Google because they always try to give maximum quality output to the users.
In Gmail new inbox view provides many categories,you can choose as per your convenience.Basically there are Primary,Social and Promotions tab which can we see in first visit.
In above figure i have shown you three basic tabs.You can explore more tabs by clicking on "+" sign given at the end of the tag section.All the tags are shown above the inbox.When you click on the "+" sign it will open new popup window with more options as like below figure.
You can easily choose many options by doing right mark in the checkbox given beside the options.As per your selected options you can see tags primarily when you open Gmail inbox.
1)Primary:- In primary tab you can see basically all primary mails which you get on regular basis and which has no any category or subscription.
2)Social:- In social tab you will get all updates regarding your social networking like Facebook,Google plus,LinkedIn,twitter etc.All notifications and updates you can get in social tab as per your subscription in social sites.
3)Promotions:- In promotions tab you will get all updates regarding any achievements in any type of internet activities or any type of subscription in job websites or E-books subscriptions or way2sms site subscription and same like it and many more.
4)Updates:- In updates tab you will get regular updates from your subscribed websites.In this you will get only mails of those sites which provide regular mails of updates.If you are subscribed for any regularly updated services like social services,educational services etc,all mails from those sies are included in this tab.
5)Forums:- In this tab you will get forums updates.There are many websites which are included in forum category and focus on any particular concept or service.
These categories are created by Google team as per their convenience.If you found any mismatch of mail with these tags as per your view then you can easily move that mail into any tab as per your wish.You need to do just right click on mail you want to move and then click on the Move to tab and select any tab as per your wish,that mail will shift to your selected tab.
When any new mail comes to your inbox in any category,there will be "New" sign/tag,puts automatically besides the particular tag.So,you can easily deal with particular tag.
This facility is really interesting and user friendly,it makes more easier exploring of mails.Thank you Gmail team.
