Many factors work for getting higher search rank and it is not overnight process,we have to wait until our webpages crawl and index by search engine.
We have different webmasters by which we can enter our webpages to submit in search engine results,but work is not complete here in fact, it is the last process for SEO.
First of all we have to make SEO friendly blog which should include organic keywords,page titles and descriptions,meta tags etc.
In the process of SEO for our blog, title and description are very important because,whatever we write in title and description it will be shown in search engine results.
So,the first step before writing an article we have to optimize article title and search description via several ways.
Basically there are two ways to optimize title and description.
We will understand both of this.
1)Using blogger title and search description:-

In blogger title and search description we can edit both using available blogger facility.
Whenever we are going to create new post in blogger,it provides post title area in which we can type title.
So,we can optimize it by taking some survey and by analysis about niche of our post.We need to do just analyze keywords which are usually type by visitors while searching our post.
For example,our post is regarding optimize title and description.So,people use these type of keywords like how to optimize blog title and description,How to set blog post title and description etc.
Whenever people search about it lots of results are occurred,so we can also analyze other websites' Webpage URL,Title and Search description for better optimization and then we can set our title and description.
One important thing about title and description is ratio of keywords,it means how many times we can use relevant keywords in our post.It is generally 2% or 3% of the post size.
HOW TO WRITE SEARCH DESCRIPTION FOR BLOGGER POST ?
For new bloggers this topic is very important,so i am going to explain how to write search description in blogger.
Whenever we start blogging this facility is by default off usually.We have to start it for each post by some configurations.
Go to blogger dashboard-->select your blog-->Settings-->Search preferences-->Meta tags-->Description-->Click on Edit-->Select Yes-->Leave blank area (Nothing to write in available area)-->Save Changes.
That's it.Now go to the blogger post you will see that Search Description is added in right panel of blogger post.
Now,first write optimized blog post title and then write search description using relevant keywords.
In our example,we can write in search description "How to optimize blog post title and search description ?.How to set meta tags of title and description in blogger ?".
2)Using Meta tags:-

Another way to set post title and description is Meta tags.You can write meta tags for it.
Meta tags are always in head section of HTML code.You need to follow below syntax to write meta tags.

<meta content='YOUR CONTENT' name='NAME OF META TAG'/>
</head>
</html>
For title and description meta tag we can write like this.
<meta content='write your post title' name='Title'/>
<meta content='write your post description' name='Description'/>
